Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - All Tours: We understand that travel plans can shift and offer flexibility while respecting the time and preparation of our local guides. This policy applies to all tours we operate, regardless of location, and is aligned with the standards of platforms. (a) Free Cancellation: You may cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. This applies to all standard experiences unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. For private or multi-day tours, the cancellation window may be extended to 48 or 72 hours, depending on the nature of the activity. (b) Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are generally non-refundable, as guided and logistics are already committed. This policy ensures fairness and consistency across all platforms. (c) Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accepted or may incur a fee, depending on guide availability and operational constraints. If your booking was made through a platform, please use their messaging system to request changes. (d) Same-day bookings: Tours booked for the same day are non-refundable and non-changeable, due to immediate scheduling and guide coordination. (e) Provider Cancellations: In rare cases where we must cancel due to weather, guide illness, or operational issues, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date or experience. (h) Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies happen. If you experience a serious issue, please contact us directly. While platform policies may still apply, we'll do our best to assist and find a fair solution. (f) How to Cancel or Reschedule: If you booked through platforms, please use their system to manage your booking.
